Just call me Maurice Minnifield
I was always told that it is not polite to brag. Bragging is a form of self promotion. And, according to my mother, people that brag have low self esteem and are just looking for attention. All of that may be true, but I am taking a minute to brag!
I was accepted into the nursing program …
This may seem like a small achievement to most, but this is another door opening for me. I am now officially turning onto a new path after making a decision to quit my career (not my job) last May.

The only ones that will think you are bragging are those who are overly envious. You set a goal and you accomplished it. I say brag all you want.
Congrads! Now I intend to brag about you!

I wouldn’t necessarily call this bragging little girl—you are telling the world that you are embarking on a new career. I am so, so very proud of you. It takes alot of ambition and fortitude to do what you are doing—-you GO Girl….I am behind you every step of the way.
